Here are some projects I wholeheartedly believe you should back. I either know the creator, am a backer myself (and the more backers the more free stuff we get), or otherwise simply believe in the project.
The first project is Dungeon Saga: The Dwarf King’s Quest and it ends in less than 70 hours, so go back it today. Just look at all the extra stuff we’re going to get! I backed this project a few days ago and since then the number of miniatures I will receive, for the same price, has increased by seven in that short time span. Plus the rule book and other components have been upgraded.
The second project is Monster Deck 55. I know Hack from various Facebook game design forums. He’s a standup guy that has helped me out on more than one occasion. Back this project and you are bound to get some positive mojo come your way. What Hack has done here is pretty amazing: he created a unique deck of cards that can be used to plan several different games. Kind of like how an ordinary deck of cards can be used to play poker, Hearts, Go Fish, and so on. While this unique deck can be used to play those classic and familiar games, these cards have special characteristics, forming the Monster Deck 55 system, that allow a multitude of new and interesting games to be played.
Next is HyGround – 3D Terrain Tiles. Anyone who has played Heroscape has wanted to do something like this. These guys went a step beyond the pure fantasy stage of “wouldn’t it be cool if…” and made the dream of awesome hex based terrain a reality. But, currently the campaign needs a lot of help. Take a look at their website for all of cool things they have planned. Waterfalls, cemeteries, awesome looking trees, it is all there and really good looking. This one definitely needs your help to become a reality. I want awesome terrain for my miniatures, so go forth and back this project.
